With over 15 years of deal-making experience, he has advised a diverse range of companies across multiple industries. He has expertise in M&A, Private Equity funding, financial structuring, and distressed asset advisory. He holds an MBA in Finance from SIES College of Management Studies and a BBA in Finance & Investment from Baruch College, City University of New York.
Gautam previously worked at PwC, KPMG & InCred Capital. He played a key role in establishing the Special Situation Division in KPMG. He was also part of the Founding Team of Whitewater Corporate Advisory – a boutique investment bank specializing in Special Situation & Structured finance.
